R&D components

Insulators and structural parts for fusion and high-energy research rigs. They have to stay strong and stable in punishing thermal and chemical conditions, made to order and graded to their exact load.

Turbine hot-section — SEED
Aerospace & power

Turbine hot-section

Hot-section shrouds and vanes for civil aviation and power-generation turbines. An oxide composite that holds its strength in oxidising heat, made to final shape and graded so it uses the least material for the load it carries.

High-temperature process parts

Furnace and process fixtures for industrial high-temperature lines. Parts that live in the hot zone and outlast the metal and monolithic ceramics they replace.

And the long game: the supply chain on the far side. As the frontier opens it needs propellant, structure and parts by the tonne, made from local resources rather than hauled up a gravity well. The same materials, software and robots carry over. See the mission.
