Advanced materials and robotics
SEED is a civil advanced-materials and robotics company. We make a palette of advanced ceramics and composites, the software that designs them, and the robots that build them, with one long-term goal: the supply chain off-Earth. We prove every piece on Earth, in what we ship.
We are built the opposite way to a normal materials company. Instead of large teams and heavy machinery, we lead with software and robotics built to repeat. The software does the design. An automated cell and a single ceramic arm do the work a room of technicians would, and the same process runs again and again, and in time makes most of its own parts. The oxide is a commodity. The value is the software and the craft that turn it into parts that are hard to make any other way, and the robots that build them, cast from the same ceramic. Our headquarters are in Abu Dhabi (ADGM), with an experimental facility and pilot line in the ASBAŞ free zone in Antalya, Turkey. Everything we prove on Earth is a step toward a scale only repeatable, self-extending production can reach, on Earth and off it.

Build and measure
Build and measure before we describe. The qualification record grows with every run. We hold a hard line between simulated, bench-proven and still ahead, and we ship proof faster than we make claims.
Design in software
We design and qualify graded parts in code rather than by hand. The recipe stays ours. The wonder we share openly.
Small and automated
Stay small and automated. The cell and the solver carry the process, so capability grows without headcount. We hire builders and measure them by what works.
Civil by design
Civil by design. We make parts that survive heat, for fabs, energy, flight and industry. No defence, no weapons. That line does not move.
Alexander Atamanov
Alex has spent his life at the hard edge of engineering. Born at a spaceport to two aerospace engineers, he was captivated by physics, and by how things are built at every scale, before he could walk.
He took first place in MEPhI’s Saveliev Physics Olympiad, named for Igor Saveliev, author of the legendary Course of General Physics. The win carried him straight into MEPhI, the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute and one of the world’s most demanding physics schools, admitted on the result alone.
He graduated from MEPhI and went into deep technology rather than academia: he founded and built a successful information-security company, earned a PhD in information security, and advised four successful start-ups as a co-founder, advisor and a deep-tech expert. A builder who ships, with the technical depth to tell what is real and the operating record to make it happen.
SEED brings him full circle, back to the physics and materials that first captivated him, now built the way he has always built: software-led, automated, and designed to repeat and compound. He is building it from Abu Dhabi, aligned with the UAE’s drive for advanced industry and a foothold in space. A marathoner and long-course triathlete, he is in it for the distance, and builds for the distance, too.
